Lash sets are non-refundable once applied. If you're unhappy for any reason, please reach out. I care about your experience and want to make it right.
I offer a 3-day fix window! If anything feels off with your lashes, just reach out within 3 days of your appointment for a complimentary touch-up.
You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance. Any no-shows or last-minute changes (under 24 hrs) will result in a fee or deposit loss.
Please arrive on time.
There's a 10-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be canceled or shortened out of respect for the next client's time.
